On site location has been cancelled as there was no request to attend.
- Agenda Submissions, Athlete of the year nominations and All Executive Position Nominations will be accepted until November 3rd at 9:00pm

- Voting will take place on the ZOOM platform
- The meeting will follow Robert’s Rules of Order
