This year, the OPA will host the AGM virtually. Members will be required to register ahead of time – proof of valid membership is required and will be checked before the AGM. Registration will close 24 hours before the beginning of the AGM. Once your membership is confirmed, the OPA will send you an email with a Zoom link to the event.

Friday, November 25 – Deadline to submit proposed changed to the Constitution and By-Laws. They must be emailed to the OPA Chief Administration Officers [CAO@Ontariopowerlifting.org]. New proposals may not be introduced beyond this date or during the AGM unless they relate to existing Proposals.

Friday, November 25 – Deadline to submit bids to host championships: (a) SJR/JR Provincials 2023, (b) Open/Masters Provincials 2023, (c) Central Championships 2024.

Friday, November 25 – Deadline to submit nominations for Male Athlete of the Year, Female Athlete of the Year, Bench Athlete of the Year, and Outstanding Achievement Award.

Saturday, December 17 – Registration to attend the AGM will close at 11:00 am ET.

Sunday, December 18 – AGM will commence at 11:00 am ET.
